The vision of Frank Robuck, Mark Barker, Frank Morisey and Michael Peele was to combine their collective experiences and create the preeminent multifamily development and construction company based in the Triangle region of North Carolina. This shared vision is centered on faith, relationships, and growing a company that positively impacts its employees, investors, affiliates, residents, and community. After helping to establish NorthView Partners and NorthView Construction in May of 2009, Frank Robuck sold his interest in the companies to the remaining partners in the spring of 2015, and continues to serve as a valued advisor and mentor.
NorthView focuses on multifamily development and construction within the Triangle region of North Carolina. NorthView Construction serves as general contractor for all projects developed by NorthView Partners. This relationship allows NorthView to provide superior craftsmanship, efficient pricing, and a controlled delivery schedule for all projects. NorthView Construction’s knowledge and experience is offered to select third-party clients in both new construction projects and renovation projects.
Mark Barker, former Senior Vice President of multifamily development for Colonial Properties Trust and former Director at Wood Partners, leads NorthView along with Frank Morisey of Morisey Commercial, and Michael Peele of NorthView Construction. Collectively the partners have been involved in the development and construction of nearly 8,000 apartments and numerous commercial transactions.
