Mark Barker, former Senior Vice President of multifamily development for Colonial Properties Trust, and former director at Wood Partners, leads NorthView along with Frank Morisey of Morisey Commercial, and Michael Peele of NorthView Construction, LLC. Collectively the partners have been involved in the development and construction of over 8,000 apartments and numerous commercial transactions.
