The Park at North Ridge – 7100 Claxton Circle
Completed a multi-million dollar renovation to The Park at North Ridge, a 340 unit apartment community located in Raleigh, NC. The renovation included a new modern clubhouse with resident lounge, cyber café, fitness center, enhanced landscaping, pool area with outdoor kitchen and more. The residences were renovated to include new kitchens, appliances, light fixtures and hardware, two panel doors, carpet, wood style flooring, and much more.
